Do you want to advocate for languages on a national level? The MIWLA Language Advocate Grant supports the attendance of one MIWLA member at JNCL-NICLS’ Language Advocacy Day. This event brings together delegates from around the country to brief them on federal legislation affecting language education and the language enterprise, and arranges meetings with their Senators and congressional Representatives on Capitol Hill to advocate for this legislation.
